Ein Klinikum beabsichtigte die Erneuerung des Telekommunikationssystems. Es mussten ca. 6.500 Festnetz-Endgeräte und ca. 1.500 DECT-Endgeräte modernisiert werden. Es wurden anforderungsgerechte Erweiterungen mit Unified Communication- und Contact Center-Funktionen realisiert.
Hierzu hat DOK SYSTEME zunächst beim gesamten Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeprozess unterstützt. Im Nachgang wurde auch die Realisierungsbegleitung mit einem professionellen Projektmanagement bis zur Abnahme begleitet.
