Koordination und Steuerung bei der Einf\u00fchrung und beim Rollout einer standardisierten und zentral gesteuerten Telekommunikationsl\u00f6sung<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>[\/vc_column_text]\n <\/div><\/div>\n <\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_type=”row_xxxl”][vc_column width=”3\/4″][vc_column_text dynamic_content=””]F\u00fcr ein Bundesland wurde eine neue zentrale Telekommunikationsl\u00f6sung auf Basis moderner Technik entworfen. Dabei bietet die standardisierte L\u00f6sung allen Verwaltungen wirtschaftliche Vorteile sowie erh\u00f6hte Servicebedingungen.
\nIm Vorfelde der Umsetzung f\u00fchrte DOK SYSTEME im Rahmen eines Ausschreibungsverfahrens eine Marktanalyse und -sichtung durch sowie unterst\u00fctzte fachlich bei der Gesch\u00e4ftsmodellentwicklung und der Transitionsphase (Proof-of-Concept und Pilotphase).
\nBei der Umsetzung des Projektes unterst\u00fctzt DOK SYSTEME den Gesamtbetriebsleiter bei den folgenden Aufgaben:<\/p>\n
    \n
  • Eskalationsinstanz der Landesdienststellen bei St\u00f6rungen und Problemen<\/li>\n
  • Rechnungspr\u00fcfung<\/li>\n
  • Change- und Incidentmanagement<\/li>\n
  • Pr\u00fcfung auf Einhaltung des Rahmenvertrages Managed Service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Neben diesen Aufgaben \u00fcbernimmt DOK SYSTEME die Koordination und Steuerung von Aufgaben im Rolloutmanagement:<\/p>\n

    • Erstellung von Migrationspl\u00e4nen<\/li>\n
    • Durchf\u00fchrung von regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Jour Fixes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
