Erstellung eines zukunftsf\u00e4higen Konzeptes f\u00fcr die Neugestaltung der IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Organisation in einem aufeinander abgestimmten Grob- und Feinkonzept<\/strong><\/h2>[\/vc_column_text]\n <\/div><\/div>\n <\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_type=”row_xxxl”][vc_column width=”3\/4″][vc_column_text dynamic_content=””]Eine staatliche Institution aus dem Sicherheitsbereich ben\u00f6tigte ein zukunftsf\u00e4higes Konzept zur Anpassung bzw. Neugestaltung der IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Organisation. Der Hauptfokus lag dabei auf der dezentralen Client-Infrastruktur und den damit verbundenen IT-Betriebsprozessen sowie dem User Help Desk und der dazu erforderlichen zentralen IT-Infrastruktur. Die Erarbeitung der Konzeption erfolgte dabei in zwei Phasen.<\/p>\n

    • Auswertung der vom AG bereitgestellten Dokumentationen<\/li>\n
    • Interviewprozess zu Arbeitsprozessen und eingesetzten IT-Systemen<\/li>\n
    • Technologie-Update des Client-Betriebs<\/li>\n
    • Erarbeitung eines Grobkonzeptes<\/li>\n
    • Ableitung einer Empfehlung f\u00fcr eine strategisch orientierte Make-or-Buy-Entscheidung<\/li>\n
    • Erstellung einer Kostensch\u00e4tzung<\/li>\n
    • Erstellung eines Konzeptpapiers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Feinkonzeptphase:\n
          \n
        • Aktualisierung von ver\u00e4nderten Rahmenbedingungen und politischen Zielsetzungen<\/li>\n
        • Interview-Prozess zu zuk\u00fcnftigen IT-Anforderungen<\/li>\n
        • Erstellung einer Interview-Dokumentation<\/li>\n
        • Erarbeitung von Empfehlungen<\/li>\n
        • Durchf\u00fchrung von Workshops<\/li>\n
        • Erstellung eines verfeinerten Konzeptpapiers<\/li>\n
