DOK puts much stress on the feasibility of projects. If so desired by our clients, we see projects through to final acceptance. Upon special client request, experienced employees fulfill dedicated tasks in the following fields:

• ICT project management and steering
• Project Management Office (PMO)
• Project controlling
• Risk management
• Guidance in system implementation
• Acceptance

If desired, DOK will set up, manage and operate a dedicated project server. DOK staff receives project management training on a regular basis. Custom-made templates and processes are in place. A software tool for project status management (PACS) is used in-house.
